Welcome to Abbey Ravenscroft Park Nursing home.

We are part of the Abbey Total Care Group, which includes 11 care homes across London and nearby districts.
 
We are situated in a quiet residential area of Barnet overlooking the Ravenscroft Park and within walking distance from Barnet General Hospital.

Our home specialises in nursing care for the elderly, care for those requiring specialised dementia care, personal care, respite care, palliative care and physical disability care.

Individual nursing care is based upon the changing needs of each resident and emphasis is placed upon a holistic approach to care planning. Residents are given choices about the way their care is provided and they are encouraged to express their preferences which are always respected.

We cater for the long term stay and also offer short stays - including respite care, a short break from home allows home carers a break of if they are unavailable for any reason.

Relatives and friends can visit at any time during the day, however we do ask for privacy during meal times.

Our aim is to give those who live with us the best possible quality of life.

We are specialised in dementia care or related illness. We promote individual care for all residents within a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Our standard of care is regularly monitored bys the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we strive to meet the highest standards.
